Position Impact

As a Product Planner at Hardware R&D team of Gogoro Network, you will lead complex and innovative projects from start to finish. Working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Gogoro Network's mission is to provide a smart platform to utilize energy and technology easily and efficiently for urban’s life and environment. It contains many components, e.g. gogoro battery, charging station, scooter etc..., which create an ecosystem and show the possibilities of new services with next generation products.

Responsibiliteis:

In close collaboration with the team, this position can cover:

1. Help drive planning capabilities and processes for the energy products(Battery, GoStation, Smart city..etc).
2. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
3. Great communication skills to work across engineering/ business teams.
4. Great presentation skills to sell your solutions & ideas.
5. Be able to provide clear MRD/PRD to stakeholders and manage project timeline.

To fit the positions’s capability, we are expecting you to have:

1. Motivation, passion and patient in co-creating and planning the new product/ service.
2. Degree of EE/ ME or related education is a plus.
3. At least 3 years experience with consumer electronics/ smart city/ energy storage product planning and development .
4. At least 3 years project management experience working with R&D, manufacturing and other cross-functions before/ after product launch for consumer electronics.
5. Good in product lifecycle management.
6. Good presentation skill to effictively deliver solutions and messages to the stakeholders.
7. Good English communication, presentation and documentation (optional).
