Position Impact:

As a Gogoro Network Software Product Manager, you are the key person to the success of business model and company strategy. Your vision, creativity, productivity thinking will accelerate and motivate the working environment to the next level. You will integrate and drive the product development across the collaborative function teams toward customer centric requirements and meeting business growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Propose, develop, review and conclude market requirement documents (MRD) and product requirements documents (PRD).
• Integrate and incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach or reduce operation cost.
• Develop product requirements and roadmaps.
• You will be in charged but not limited to the planning of:
Software and firmware of customer facing product on the market (e.g. GoStation, Smart Battery, App, Server front/back-end and other infrastructure solutions)
• Software for data analysis and decision making systems.

Requirements:

• 5 years+ of product management experience including 3 years+ of software product planning experience (Customer facing product is a plus).
• Understand UX, Ability to create wireframes, UI mockups using tools like Adobe XD, whimsical, Azure etc.
• Fluent speaking / writing in English and Mandarin.
• Good skills of idea pitching and storytelling.
• Good skills of user interviewing and profiling to understand their pain-point and transfer it into business opportunities.
• Familiar with agile product portfolio management by using e.g. JIRA Portfolio / Confluence.
• Ability of identifying needs through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.
• Skills of expectation management w/ backlog prioritization to fulfill strategic needs.
• Business strategy thinking and focus on problem solving instead of product. delivering.


Please note this role is required to work in Linkou 2 days a week. (A shuttle bus service is provided)
