Our product manager is the owner of Gogoro Network’s APP product portfolio. He/she will be in charged but not limited to the planning of:

• Gogoro Network APP for enhancing current generation of customer facing product on the market as well as new product introduction.
• Software for data analysis and decision making system
• Software for Gogoro ecosystem integration and internal management system including front/back-end operation app/web tools

Qualification / Requirement:

-3 years+ of APP product planning experience -with stakeholders in a wide range of cross functional teams including project managers, engineering, testing, finance, marketing, sales, and design teams
-Fluent speaking / writing in English and Mandarin
-Good skill of idea pitching and storytelling with business planning tools e.g. business canvas
-Familiar with agile product portfolio management by using e.g. JIRA Portfolio / Confluence
-Experience of Incubating an APP product and going through its lifecycle from cradle to grave. Software as a service (SaaS) product experience is a plus.
-Good skills of user interviewing and profiling to understand their pain-point and transfer it into business opportunities
-Ability of identifying needs through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.
-Skills of expectation management with backlog prioritization to fulfill strategic needs
Sense of user experience design and concept validation by quick prototyping (e.g. Adobe XD, InVision) and pivoting based on the user feedback
-Business strategy thinking and focus on problem solving instead of product delivering
