Position Impact
Bridge the technical knowhow with business needs, aligning the direction of development, design, and integration for new business projects. By working closely with the business manager and internal partners you will elevate the potential risks and optimize Gogoro Network's products for mass market.

Job Duties
▪ Act as a pre-sales and technical sales role to provide product insights from technical perspective.
▪ Work closely with the business manager and project manager to enable new business solutions, products, services and key accounts, clearly defining the factors for success.
▪ Be a liaison between customers and the engineering team to facilitate technical related discussions.
▪ Find the balance point between utilizing engineering resources and responding to customers requirements.
▪ Provide technical directions for development, design and system integration. Review the work involved and follow projects through testing and production development phases.
▪ Ensure that there are technical procedures, documentations and standard policies put in place. When it comes to complicated technical problems that may arise, the Technical Program Manager should be able to make the right decision on what is best for the Company, whether it may be cost or length of resolution.

Qualifications
▪ 8+ years of industry or related technical program management, sales and account management experiences.
▪ Depth of experience or understanding in technical and engineering related fields.
▪ Strong customer service skills and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Strong self-motivation and ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
▪ Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategy and execution plans.
▪ Problem-solving ability, especially in gathering data to drive decision making under stringent timelines.
▪ The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage ambiguity.
▪ Strong oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
