As part of Human Resources Team at Gogoro, you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of Gogoro at Taiwan! Our HR team works not just on bring in the best talent in the business, but super charging them to their full potential. We aim to give every employee a ride like no other. 在這個計畫中，你可以：
1. 累積在規模2,000人以上科技公司的工作經驗
2. 在畢業前學會職場中的應對進退與做事方法
3. 參與和執行各類主題性HR 專案，累積HR 專案實務經驗
4. 滿足自己對於HR 的好奇心、培養HR 的經驗
5. 深入商業社會，除了與市場優秀人才交流，更能了解企業招募需求與運作模式、接觸市場資訊與核心

工作內容：
1. 協助人資招募徵才作業與行政工作，包括每日履歷表彙整、建立人才庫與維護並產出相關報表，熟悉多元招募管道（如LinkedIn, Yourator,104....），協助履歷篩選、面試邀約以及支援面試行政作業，如面試接待...等。
2. 校園人才深耕計畫：依據公司政策與需求，規劃校園產學合作、實習生、就業學程、講座...等專案與執行。
3. 人資部門工作支援，協助文件建檔、整理，以及員工活動的執行。
4. 主管交辦事項，例如人資相關專案推動及改善作業。
5. 有機會參與招募或訓練之相關專案支援。
6. 強化新人報到課程體驗。

需求條件
1. 抗壓性高、熱情有活力、有責任感、值得信賴。
2. 流暢的溝通能力，學習速度快並能融入團隊。
3. 積極主動、勤奮向上。
4. 擁有課外、社團活動經驗者佳。

**歡迎大三、大四/碩士在校生或夜間部學生應徵。
**能配合半年以上者優先錄取。
**可配合全天工讀者佳。
