【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the planning and arrangement of the CEO's work schedule.
2. Assist the CEO in managing the company's daily affairs, coordinating internal work and other matters.
3. Assist in project operation, external communication (letters, telephone contact, reception of foreign guests, translation, etc.) and administrative matters assigned by the CEO.
4. Assist in the communication, integration and planning of administrative procedures.

【工作職責】
1.負責CEO工作日程的規劃和安排。
2.協助CEO管理公司日常事務,協調內部工作等事宜。
3.協助項目運營、對外溝通(書信、電話聯繫、接待外賓、翻譯等)及CEO交辦的行政事務。
4.協助行政程序的溝通、整合和規劃等。

【Requirements】
- Bachelor Degree or higher.
- Speak both English and Mandarin with Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Simultaneous interpretation preferred.
- Good knowledge and Proficient in using common office software such as Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Photoshop (basic operation).
- Punctual and Responsible, Multi-tasking with positive attitude.
- Good personality, able to handle work independently and flexibly, with strong initiative.
- The employee should live in Taipei.
