這個職位將負責專案追蹤、程序建立執行、與供應商合作協商等，並開發新的方法與流程以提高團隊效率，帶來更高品質、價值的產品與服務。

This role plays a critical role in bringing products and services of superior quality and value to stakeholders. Track project on site date requirements and work with vendors. Develop new methodologies and processes to improve team efficiency in key project management tasks.

工作職責 Responsibility

1. Strategy:
- 評估並建立採購方針和程序
- 制定和實施採購策略
- 管理 AVL 並設置 QBR 流程
- 推動並管理內部合作項目
2. Supplier Management:
- 管理與維護供應商關係
- 在跨職能團隊支援下領導供應議價協商
- 管理審查合約內容並進行協商
3. Execution:
- 確認並推動流程改善方法和效率
- 確保專案詳細的執行流程
- 準備工作文件，如：物流、財務、進出口、收據等

● Strategy

1. Evaluate unique and complex procurement to build up policies and procedures.
2. Develop and implement overall sourcing strategy
3. Manage AVL and set up the QBR process.
4. Drive and project manage internal partners for cost and schedule efficiency opportunities.

● Supplier Management

1. Independently lead all aspects of the supplier relationship.
2. Lead pricing negotiations through the supply base with support from cross-functional team members.
3. Negotiate contracts to closure with management review for key terms and conditions.

●Execution

1. Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
2. Ensure detailed execution of project quality and delivery.
3. Prepare all the working documents, including logistics, finance, import/export, receipt… etc.

- 在採購與成本模型方面具備洞察力與經驗
- 具有應對協商談判的經驗
- 具有優秀的人際應對能力
- 具備科技業的採購經驗

- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
- Must have experience working well with cross functional teams.
- You possess strong discernment and experience leading complex procurements and cost models.
- You have a background in handling detailed negotiations.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Procurement experience specifically with the technology industry.
