Software Product Manager
職缺描述
• Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale.
• Collect data and research insights are necessary to contribute to the strategy and roadmap of products by soliciting and embracing critical feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and business team to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog to fulfill strategic needs and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across functions in the company.
• Ensure all plans are delivered on time, on brand and within their channels on agreed details and timescales.
• Take a leadership role in all aspects of program life-cycle from release scoping through design, development and oversea deployment.
• Maintain project plans and ensure work streams owners deliver to their plans in line with the project implementation document.

• Strong interest in logistics, pricing, marketplaces or supply-demand economics.
• Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex situations.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
