RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Conceptual tasks, Strategy development and/or Project management 
- Direct and oversee the planning, development and implementation of diversity, inclusion and compliance strategy. 
- Develop and implement projects according to the strategy. 
- Provide knowledge-based guidance and counsel to management on issues related to one’s work area. 
- Stay abreast of current and emerging developments relating to diversity, inclusion and compliance issues. Analyze new developments in support of GPEA’s vision, objectives and strategies. 

Implementation 
- Liaise and build relationships with Greenpeace worldwide community and relevant external parties on issues of relevance to meeting diversity, inclusion and compliance objectives. 
- Provide expertise with respect to diversity, inclusion and compliance areas. Maintain high-level knowledge on the issues related to responsible areas. 

Support/ Coaching/ Leadership 
- Provide leadership, analysis, training and coordination on the control of compliance due to the rules of Greenpeace code of conduct and legal and regulatory requirements. 
- Develop guidelines and support to management on handling cases related to compliance. 
- Provide analysis on the status of diversity, inclusion and compliance in the organization to management. 
- Prepare written materials and communicate with external parties, if required. 

Compliance/ Keeping Framework Conditions 
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of internal training related to diversity, inclusion and compliance. 

Requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Identification with Greenpeace goals and supportive of Greenpeace values.
- Strong commitment to Diversity & Inclusion principles
- Stress resistance.
- Ability to learn from experience.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken necessary.
