About the Role:
This is a newly created role for our upcoming key project of the year. You will be in charge of digital marketing campaigns, especially in the paid marketing field, for this Gaming project. Since this is a global project targeting users worldwide, you will come up with universal marketing messages that resonate with target users regardless of their cultural background.
You will work with the regional C-suite in devising the marketing strategy, be hands-on in campaign’s execution and collaborate with design, community and engineering departments across the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop social media content across suitable social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Youtube, Twitter)
- Draw insights and actionable steps for driving users growth
- Execute & optimize paid advertising campaigns including but not limited to Facebook Ad Manager and Google Adwords in a way which maximizes ROI.
- Develop monthly marketing budgets across regions and user demographics
- Keep track and report to the C suite for ROI of paid campaigns and suggest necessary actions for ROI optimization.
- Constantly research targeted markets and suggest to C suite the most suitable marketing channels for acquiring new users and optimizing user activeness.


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years or above digital marketing marketing with expertise in both organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Work experience or user experience in game field preferred
- Proven experience driving user growth and engagement for any mobile app products
- Sound knowledge in targeted social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Youtube, Twitter
- Numerical sense in calculating and forecasting of paid marketing campaigns
- Good command of English copywriting
