[Korea] Business Development Manager

Job Description

[Summary] :
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the
company’s growth in South Korea. Your expertise will focus on expanding our
business partnerships, particularly within hospitals and clinics, and identifying new
business opportunities. This position requires a passionate individual with a strong
background in the MedTech or healthcare industry, who's prepared to tackle
challenges head-on and push the boundaries of what's possible.

[Key Responsibilities] :
1. Account/Project Management:
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential business
partners, customers (encompassing hospitals and clinics).
- Develop and manage customer success projects from inception through
completion, ensuring to address the key pain points and opportunities for
HCP/patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and
implementation of solutions

      2. Business Partnership Development:
      - Conduct market research and analyze market trends, competitor actions, and
      customer requirements to refine business development strategies.
      - Spot, evaluate, and prioritize potential business partners and channels, aligning
      with the company's growth objectives.
      - Engage with prospects, aligning their needs with our service offerings.
      - Organize and execute meetings, presentations, and events to advocate our
      solutions and cultivate partnerships.
      - Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's
      strategic goals.
      - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and digital health policy

          Requirements

          • A genuine passion for the digital health industry. Prior experience in the MedTech sector is a distinct advantage.
          • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales or business development
            within the medical industry.
          • Fluency in English is mandatory, both in speaking and writing.
          • The role requires travel, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
