Job Description

Headline is a global venture capital, with offices worldwide. The Taipei office is looking for a new team member to help support our Partner. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to the partners in day-to-day tasks, dealing with confidential investment information, and overseeing and supporting all administrative duties to ensure that the office is operating smoothly. The assistant will report directly to the partner and will sit in Headline Asia’s Taipei office.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of partner’s investments, deals, and personal materials
• Managing and coordinating the partner’s calendar, email, and travel/VISA arrangement
• Providing administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, facilitating communications across the team, and preparing communications on the partners’ behalf
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, doing research, and creating reports

Requirements

• Fluent or bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites products
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• 2-5 years of work experience
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Detailed oriented and resilient

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with softwares like Monday, Docusign, Docsend, Adobe is a plus
• Experience with softwares like Slack or Telegram is a plus
