Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager to lead our fast-paced Core Operations team. This team plays a pivotal role in monitoring operational expenses to maximize profit and fostering innovative growth. We value results over effort and prioritize working smart. The Manager will oversee a team of 15-20 individual contributors, collaborating to set and achieve ambitious goals focused on cost control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 individual contributors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Monitor and analyze operational expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and improve operational processes.
- Set aggressive goals for the team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and drive key initiatives.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within operations or in E-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of achieving results through others.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
