Must to have

• Studying or completed a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of front-end development experience, proficient in HTML/CSS/Javascript/Typescript and other front-end technologies, proficient in ES6 syntax
• Responsible for solving various intractable diseases of the extreme front-end experience.
• Attach importance to teamwork, be willing to explore and improve the current immature front-end development process, and understand various commonly used tools
• Could optimize the performance of specific products to achieve the ultimate page loading, execution, and rendering time
• Participated in the design, research and development of large-scale Internet products was responsible for the technical selection, planning, and development of an online system as a whole, and was able to independently complete the design of complex front-end systems or large-scale frameworks.
• Passion for front-end technology, optimistic and cheerful personality, strong logic, good at communicating and cooperating with people of various backgrounds
• Self-motivated takes ownership of products/projects, and able to multi-task in a startup environment

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto / DeFi / web3

經驗條件

• 計算機科學、資訊工程或同等行業經驗的學士/碩士學位
• 5年以上前端開發經驗，精通HTML/CSS/Javascript/Typescript等前端技術，精通ES6語法
• 交付具有高質量 UI 的項目的經驗
• 負責解決極端前端體驗的各種疑難雜症
• 可以優化特定產品的性能，以實現極致的頁面加載、執行和渲染時間
• 參與過大型互聯網產品的設計、研發，負責整個在線系統的技術選型、規劃和開發，能夠獨立完成複雜的前端系統或大型網絡系統的設計。
• 熱愛前端技術，性格樂觀開朗，邏輯性強，善於與不同背景的人交流合作
• 能適應新創的步調和變化並樂於持續精進程式效能和自身的技術能力

加分條件

• 有開發過 crypto / DeFi / web3 的經驗

面試流程

以下為HOYA Bit的面試流程：

1. 請有興趣的夥伴先投遞履歷
2. 我們的人資將會通知有通過履歷篩選的夥伴進行一次面試
3. 通過一次面試後將由執行長進行二次面試
4. 通過的夥伴人資將會跟你確認offer內容
5. 雙方同意後我們將寄送錄取通知信

從一次面試開始，任何的流程我們都會於兩週內回信告知我們的決定。
