2.Conduct the assigned audit projects and make recommendations for process improvements based on audit results, while aligning with the business process management.

3.Execute complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions or businesses.

4.Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change.

5.Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities that are aligned with business objectives.

6.Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables.

7.Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits.

1.Audit experience in public and/or stock market listed company and/or CPA firm consulting experience is preferred.

2.Audit experience in multinational company is a plus.

3.Organized and logical in analysis and presentation.

4.Be precise and concise; ask right question to right people in right way.

5.Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
