# Responsibilities

• Identifying the intersection of business needs, user needs, design trends, technology trends, and creating designs based on those results.
• Leading user research activities during the planning, strategy development, and early design of solutions.
• Constructing compelling artifacts (wireframes, conceptual diagrams, task flows, storyboards, etc.) that outline present conditions and proposed solutions to gain strategic alignment and encourage innovation within team and across teams.
• Participating in or leading design-thinking exercises to break through organizational silos and collaboratively solve complex design challenges.
• Partnering with development teams and business teams to drive successful implementation of great experiences.

# Qualification 應徵條件

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience in collaborating with team of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content writers and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes across multiple platforms.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence.
• A team player, flexible and open while designing, discussing, and presenting your work.

# Nice to have 加分項目

• Experience in UI/visual skills.
• Experience in digital marketing analytic skills (i.e., Google analytics).
• Knowledge of online marketing strategy and good understanding of major marketing trends.
• Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
• Technical understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and ability to execute at any level is highly valued.
