• Survey and evaluate the potential competitors from the target market.

• Identify target user segmentation and their needs from stakeholder interview, user research and second-hand data.

• Transfer clinical procedures into design proposals for medical education in VR.

• Communicate design proposal with other stakeholders.

• Work closely with cross functional team to deliver high quality design and user experience in VR.

• Two or more years of experience in clinical practice.

• Experience with simulation education is a plus.

• Experience with the nursing/medical education system in China is a plus.

• Familiar with technology and passionate to innovate for better education/learning experience in VR.

• Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Passion on VR/AR and education products.
