• Survey and evaluate the potential competitors from the target market.

• Identify target user segmentation and their needs from stakeholder interview, user research and second-hand data.

• Manage projects for the entire life cycle, from architecture phase to production phase.

• Drive cross-function alignment toward given assignments, including partner management, exhibition coordination, issue clarification with 3rd parties, and co-work with regional office.

• Transfer clinical procedures into design proposals for medical education in VR.

• 3-5 years experience in IT industry. preferably but not necessarily in technology. 

• Experience with healthcare or medical education is a plus. 

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, measure, and optimize programs. 

• Capable to communicate with customers, partners, vendors and internal teams. 

• Strong understanding of VR/AR industry and had knowledge of existing VR/AR products. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently, self-directed to achieve ambitious goals. 

• Strong project management and organizational required. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Strong track record of meeting tight deadlines. 

• Passion on VR/AR and education products.
