HTC is seeking a new member for our corporate website content publishing team. This person will work closely with HTC digital marketing colleagues and regional site managers, and is responsible for HTC support website content managed and published globally.

# Responsibilities

■ Follow HTC standard content localization process, and manage the Support website content loading for 50+ country websites in 20+ plus languages.
■ Work closely with our PM/RD team, dispatch the content loading tasks and deliver the result based on the planned schedule.
■ Work closely with HTC regional website managers, regional customer service team, and worldwide call centers team for content optimization and quality improvement.
■ Test and optimize the website call to action and back-end system functions.

# Required Skills

● Ability to manage a large corporate website using content management system.
● Understanding of major web technologies, including HTML and CSS.
● Understanding of Web Usability, Information Architecture and Design Principle.
● Past experience using website management tools like Adobe Analytics, and other testing tools.
● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is preferred.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

# General Qualifications

● Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree. Information management related department is preferred.
● Experience with digital content management.
● Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
● Demonstrated ability to stay on top of fast changing web technologies and trends.
● Strong insight and vision towards the future of digital marketing.
● Strong organizational and collaborative skill.
