HTC is seeking a Web designer Leader to join our growing Global Marketing team. You will be able to develop the creative vision and visual communication and deliver creative works that build awareness of our HTC brand and products.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to：

● Translate UI/UX design wireframes to responsive web pages.

● Maintain and improve the website.

● Familiar with AE is preferred, or have experience in HTML, CSS, and RWD web pages.

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, especially web page animations.

● Develop user-facing features, such as search, SSO function, or reusable components.

● Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

● Collaborate with web designers, 3D/2D designers, and other stakeholders.

● Working with Front End build processes and associated tooling such as Grunt, Gulp, Webpack, etc.

● Worked on large websites or applications with CMS drove web properties.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)：

● At least 3 years+ of working experience in web application development. (across frontend to backend)

● Experienced in leading a team.

● Complete project leadership experience.

● Experience in web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) ideally with electronic products or mobile phones.

● Comfortable with advanced web development concepts (Ajax, CORS, JSONP, session/cookie management, etc.).

● Experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks like Vue.js, React (preferred), and Node.js.

● Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

● Good browser debugging and troubleshooting skills.

● An enthusiastic and can-do attitude to learning technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)

● Familiar with the development process of product design, testing, debugging, and mass production.
