Job Description/ Essential Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify workforce needs and forecast future requirements.

• Analytics and Insights: Utilize data-driven methodologies to derive actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and workforce planning.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion. Drive efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while ensuring alignment with overall HR and business objectives.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within HR functions. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance HR operations.

• Act as the interface between the local HR team and the Region HR, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

• Collaborate with other HR functions and internal resources to contribute to the design and execution of Global HR initiatives and programs.

• Offer dedicated support to HR Managers by handling transactions, overseeing data maintenance, generating reports, and managing data.

Examples include personnel data and organizational changes, SAP record maintenance, and ensuring staffing compliance.

• Address employee inquiries related to HR procedures, policies, and programs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• 2 years’ HR experience in MNC, preferable technology company.

• Proven experience in HR Planning, Analytics, and Project Management within a corporate setting.

• Good command of English and Mandarin.

• Good at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.

• Willing to utilize digital tools to improve efficiency.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Uphold data quality standards while exercising utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care to maintain and protect confidential information.
