Description:

You will

1. Conceptualize and plan product, solution, and strategy.
2. Scout, study, and plan software products to form strategic total solutions for different industries
3. Define product specification and work with user experience team, engineering team, and outsourcing vendors for solution delivery.
4. Work and engage with partners/vendors for strategic alliances.
5. Investigate and analyze market and competitor landscapes and quantifiably identify business opportunities.
6. Define product/solution value proposition, feature sets, unique selling points, and detailed requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams internationally.
7. Produce research, product proposals, and product sell-in decks and then passionately communicate your ideas.
8. Guide product messaging and communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Work with Global Marketing and Regional teams to support product GTM.

Basic qualifications:

You are

1. Experienced in consumer or enterprise software/SaaS/PaaS planning as well as product planning and/or product marketing
2. Always passionate and curious about new products, market trends, bleeding-edge technologies and its intersection with people and culture.
3. Empowered by collaborating with different teams, and naturally want to lead discussions forward with actionable next steps.
4. Capable of balancing logical thinking with creative problem solving.
5. Able to quickly digest raw, disparate information, and piece together a cohesive story that will resonate with your audience.
6. Able to identify and define addressable market, target audiences, major user scenarios, strategic price points.
7. Able to understand and gain insight from market data, user behavior and pain points, then objectively and holistically evaluate potential business opportunities.
8. Able to efficiently translate product features/functions into user benefits and evangelize products company-wide.
9. Always on-message, and enjoy communicating with people and presenting your ideas while also taking in challenges and feedback.
10. An expert with presentation software such as Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint, and very sensitive to the nuances of the written English language and the persuasive power of graphic design and layout.
11. Confidently fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Software engineering background is a plus
2. Software product/project/program management experience is a plus
3. [OPTIONAL] Experienced with Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
