Now we are looking for an experienced Sr. TAP (Talent Acquisition Partner) who wants to embark on an incredible journey with us to do something different. This role will be based in our Taiwan Headquarters to partner with our business team.

The successful TABP will,

1. Play a key role to build up a strong talent force for the responsible business units.

2. Work with the hiring managers & HRBP to develop a hiring strategy that meets business goals and objectives.

3. Be accountable for the end-to-end hiring process and the perfection of customer experience in terms of candidates and hiring managers and employer branding.

4. Have to create a network of resources to provide a strong candidate pool; screen resumes; use creative social networking to link strong talents to HTC; conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations and close the hiring cases.

5. Recruitment and Employer Marketing Programs will be included as well.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3 years above progressive HR experience including recruiting in the high-tech industry

• Demonstrated, a full-cycle recruiting experience that delivers strong hiring results

• Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of consumer electronics/software/platform products

• Strong communication skills to simplify complex situations and figure out solutions with different counterparts

• Strong organizational skills and proven time management techniques

• Ability to work effectively with highly confidential information

• Analytical and problem-solving experience and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced growing office environment necessary

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
