Job Description

Our Operation Excellence team is core to our client-centric business. They are front lines working with our customers, CS team, and business to activate, support, and grow Company’s customers every day by helping them be successful in their own goals.

The candidate will lead, manage and provide effective guidance to team members in their work processes on top of his daily BAU responsibilities and reporting on metrics.

[Job Responsibilities]

Be the lead or go-to person to focus and monitor the performance of the operational excellence team.

Ensure timely account openings and response turnaround time by the team.

Ensure timely and accurate fund deposit/withdrawal by the team.

Handle new customer requests by mail in a professional manner.

Provide expert advice to the team on complex issues.

Escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to line manager and stakeholders as appropriate.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.

Work closely with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners to execute the department’s overall strategy.

Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

May be required to work on duty on the special festival or public holidays/weekends required including the midnight shift.

[Job Requirements]

Fluent in English including written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Preferably Senior or Team lead in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Knowledgeable and experienced in banking operations, account documentation, risk management, and fund settlement is preferred.

Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Mature, strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

Strong process and project management experience.

Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Immediately available is preferred.
