【Responsibilities】　
1. Develop and maintain the backend and infrastructure for machine learning systems.
2. Design and implement the training pipelines and workflows for machine learning models.
3. Build the training and inference pipelines for machine learning models.
4. Develop version control, deployment, and monitoring capabilities for machine learning models.
5. Systems and solution design as well as implementation of new solutions to meet market/client needs.
6. Development and maintenance data acquisition service.
7. Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient and easily maintainable code.
8. Refactor / Revamp our codebase as to continuously improve code quality.
9. Automate and streamline operations and processes.

【Requirements】　
1. 2-5 years of backend development experience, MLOps or machine learning backend experience preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of Go programming language.
3. Minimum of two years experience working in programming or information technology.
4. Knowledge of Go templating, common frameworks, and tools example gin, gorm, grpc etc.
5. Experience with Relational database (PostgreSQL).
6. Experience with NoSQL database(Cassandra、ScyllaDB、Redis).
7. Experience working with a team.
8. Familiar with Git, Docker, Kubernetes and other open source tools.
9. Familiar with CI/CD, experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI and other automation tools.

【Pluses】
1. Understand machine learning principles and frameworks, proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
2. Experience with MLOps, familiar with ML lifecycle management.
3. Knowledge of model deployment methods (e.g. TensorFlow Serving) and optimization techniques.
4. Experience with A/B testing online and constructing evaluation metrics.
5. Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, Nats, NSQ etc.
6. Experience in AWS Cloud or Google Cloud.
7. Experience in microservice development or design.
8. Experience with container such as docker, Kubernetes etc.
