The Digital Assets trading team advises, formulates, and executes a range of quantitative and qualitative strategies across multiple markets. As a team, we focus on market research, identifying trading opportunities, creating strategies around these opportunities, executing these strategies, and managing risk.

As a quant trader, you will work closely with our experienced traders and the development team to manage our digital asset portfolios. You are passionate about the digital assets and decentralized finance space and are committed to continuous learning and development. You will be joining our team in our Taipei office and will utilize the disciplines of risk management, research, and technology to identify and execute trading opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new trading strategies
• Operate automated trading systems including adjusting strategy parameters
• Manage the portfolio’s open positions including reducing risks with the algo or manually if necessary
• Suggest automation and improvements to systems and strategies
• Contribute to all other aspects of trading activities including but not limited to position reconciliation, risk management tasks, identifying opportunities, research, and post-trade analysis
• Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure, and industry developments
• Communicate proactively and frequently with our trading team and colleagues

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Math, or any quantitative field
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of trading experience in any asset class with PnL responsibility
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of programming experience in Java, C++, or Python
• Ability to articulate and troubleshoot trades, strategies, and systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in the execution of tasks
• Strong technical knowledge in derivatives pricing
• Prior experience in trading OTC or exchange-traded options and managing Greeks is a strong plus
• Knowledge of and passion for digital assets and Blockchain technologies is a plus
