Headline Asia is looking for a Marketing Intern who can help grow and cultivate our online community and audience with engaging content, all while maintaining consistency with the company’s overall brand and voice. This role will also provide marketing, communications, and public relations support. This role reports to the Marketing team and sits in the Taipei office of Headline Asia. This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:

• Use and create SEO optimized articles on given topics
• Leverage data and testing to optimize content performance (blog, website, newsletter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
• Assist development and execution of overall marketing and PR strategy for Headline Asia brand.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis for structuring brand strategy

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Passion for different types of content (articles, text posts, short videos, etc)
• Great learning ability, pressure resistance, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and great time management
• Team-player with excellent communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin or Japanese is a plus. You’ll be able to work with colleagues from different backgrounds.
• Experience in digital marketing, journalism, editing, or writing
• Slack, Monday, Canva, CRM Tools experience a plus
• A portfolio of your social media or marketing work
• Knowledge in technology, especially FinTech, SaaS, Crypto and etc
