We're looking for a talented Account Success Manager that can meet our high bar, wants to take significant ownership of parts of the platform, and is a great fit for our open, driven, and collaborative team culture.

When our advertisers and influencers are happy, so are we! An account manager at Influenxio has to be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused. The AM straddle the gap between service and sales, between company interest and customer interest, and between product expertise and customer insight.

Responsibilities:

• General focus in account retention, growth, and renewal.
• Develop and deliver strong strategic account relationship customer management, devise overall strategies to help the clients to meet their objectives, prioritizing and driving resolution.
• Develop sales plan and execute business target through building account relationships and lifetime value.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in expanding their usage and adoption of our platform.
• Collaborate with various internal team members on product development to apply best practices to areas of improvement.
• Provide strategic and consultative advice and help to solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from our market.

• 傳遞社群平台的微網紅經濟價值給需要的目標用戶，解說平台功能，協助廣告主能自行4. 操作媒合平台，接觸具有社群影響力的微網紅
• 制定明確銷售策略，銷售專案發想，以達到團隊業績目標
• 與跨部門團隊合作，提供客戶回饋，及討論產品優化方向

Qualifications_:

• 5 years of work experience in sales / account management / business development, with SMB in particular.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience with consultative selling and strong account managing skills.
• Self starter, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting or resolving customers queries.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results.
• Able to work independently and also act as a resource to junior colleagues.
• Comfortable with startup’s fast-paced environment.
