The Member Experience Operations Team at Influenxio works with our advertiser members, creator members, and thousands of users on the platform. The team supports them in their journey on Influenxio. As the Customer Care Representative, you are the representative of Influenxio; your ultimate objective is to help solve members’ problems and make sure they have a great user experience. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in user support and member experience optimization. We’re looking for a friendly, patient, and kind-hearted person to join our Member Experience Operations Team. 職務內容 Responsibilities:

  • 線上文字訊息回覆:利用通訊軟體、社群媒體、 Email 等工具,理解用戶問題並即時解決用戶疑問。
  • 全面理解產品流程、功能及公司相關政策或服務,正確回應用戶疑問及需求。
  • 確實紀錄用戶問題及定期彙整分析,提供數據報告並與相關跨部門合作,協助優化產品流程及使用者體驗。
  • 跨部門之用戶問題協助、聯繫會員,並處理其相關問題。
  • 良好的溝通及傾聽能力,解決問題能力,能在廣告主會員、創作者會員之間取得平衡。
  • 成為公司第一線與用戶互動的門面,提供友善專業的服務。

  • Provide our users/customers immediate support via live chat, email conversations, personal phone interactions…etc.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of our Internal Support Portal and your deep knowledge of Influenxio’s products to address our members’ concerns quickly and accurately.
  • Represent the voice of the members to help shape the future roadmap of the product.
  • Orchestrate efficient and optimal communication across varying member touch points with our platform.
  • Champion patience and empathy when engaging with users, coming from a desire to support them with their positive intentions.
  • Be an authentic Influenxio Ambassador, fully-equipped to represent Influenxio across internal team communications and external member engagement.
  • Track progress of reported issue/bug and execute follow-ups such as notifying impacted merchants or sending announcements to platform users.
  • Communicate with engineers on issue identification and discuss potential impact risk to come out with the priority of enhancements.
  • Analysis of user inquiries with contact channels, time, question classification, and frequency to locate enhancement initiatives by implementing a new process for both product features and service procedures.

Requirements

經驗條件 Qualifications:

  • 大學畢,具備客服或類似性質工作經驗一年以上 (part-time 或打工經驗亦可)
  • 具備同理心與良好溝通能力
  • 中文能力優異,英文具備基礎閱讀能力
  • 細心有熱忱、有責任心、個性積極、能讓用戶第一時間滿意公司服務品質
  • 具團隊合作技巧,不害怕跨部門溝通,勇於發表針對用戶優化最佳方案
  • 能快速學習新事物
  • 能報表製作、統計與分析,優化用戶體驗流程並提出具可行性之解決方案
  • 能進行跨部門專案協助、溝通,以利提供給用戶更完善的體驗

  • 1 year of customer support experience or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Support experience through omnichannel: live chat, SNS, email…etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and organizational skills.
  • Learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High empathy and focus on building a positive user experience.
  • Team orientation; can deliver individual results through collaboration and with a team goal in mind.
  • Self-motivation for growth and learning; can proactively put themself outside their comfort zone.
  • Patience, empathy, and integrity complement Influenxio’s core values.
