Job Description


Manage the entire employee lifecycle

  • Support and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting, onboarding, getting them set up with payroll & benefits, people movement (employee promotion/transfer) to offboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, talent selection, offer process, and newcomer orientation.
  • Develop and deploy employee engagement initiatives, and implement retention strategies

Performance management and talent review mechanism

  • Design performance management process and implement the talent review mechanism.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and drive the validation process for the salary action process (merit increase, bonus payout, budget).
  • Support in the compensation proposal and administration.

Company Culture

  • Design and host various People Programs and Projects which will bring positive impact to overall employee experience
  • Promote Influenxio Employer Brand through social media. (e.g LinkedIn)
  • Host activities and events on increasing Influenxio Brand exposure and build up Influenxio Employer Brand.

HR Administration

 Manage all HR processes and procedures ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements

  • Employee’s payroll, compensation, performance & tax planning
  • Establish/raise local human resources operations standards and framework
  • Responsible for the daily operation management of the personnel issues

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned



  • 5+ years of working experience as a manager in a full spectrum of human resources capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compensation & benefit. Ability to apply to a variety of situations
  • Experience coaching and developing team capabilities; trusted partner with skills to support leaders to lead from clarity
  • Goal and detail oriented, highly organized and success with managing multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels of the business; proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Computer skills (Googlesheet, Mac system,GoogleDoc)
