INTRODUCTION

As a Project Manager at Infocast, you will work closely with product manager and development team upper to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. We are currently building a product which provides analysis services to discover and deliver critical media insights through our technology and a team of analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Defines requirements and plan project life cycle deployment
• Schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones
• Handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks with the development team
• Project tracking and documenting requirements from stakeholders and analysts
• Ensure all project documents are safely archived
• Identify and solve project issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency both in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills and delivery capabilities
• 4+ years of project management experience in related software development
• Experience in related industries (software development, data mining or analytics services)
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA or any tools you are familiar with)
• Familiar with development processes to ensure smooth and efficient project management
• Pro-active attitude with a strong desire for clarity and knowledge
• Ability to identify resources constraints and prioritize accordingly
• Self-driven achiever demonstrating values of teamwork, resilience, collaboration and decisiveness

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with working in a startup or with a SaaS Model
• Experience working in a multicultural work environment
• Have a knowledge of Agile Methodology and Scrum
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and vendors
• Come from a technical background and understand web technologies
