As a designer, you will produce user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience for our internal analysts and external end-users.  The ideal candidate is passionate about UI design, collaborating with developers, engineers and project manager to develop exceptional web applications

RESPONSIBILITIES

➤ Create and modify flows, wireframes at the appropriate fidelity for building application features  

➤ Produce consistent, high-quality user interfaces and visual designs  

➤ Establish and reinforce consistent UI and UX interaction design  

➤ Maintain style guides and expand to adapt them to new features  

➤ Execute all design stages from conceptual ideas to the final product based on the client's objectives and needs

➤ Regularly test, troubleshoot, identify and resolve application experience challenges

Minimum Skills Required
➤ Strong verbal and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin; fluency in Korean is a plus.
➤ Minimum 2 years’ experience in UI design
➤ Highly skilled in user interface design tools (Adobe CS, or Sketch, and Invision)
➤ Strong knowledge of technical capabilities and constraints
➤ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
➤ Ability to present work to a large group and explain complex ideas clearly
➤ Understanding what is trending in UI design language
➤ Knowledge of front end prototype
➤ Knowledge of front-end trending framework or libraries is a plus (e.g. flux and react)
➤ Strong on-line portfolios ready for viewing that includes:
-Design objectives
-Design process
-Rationale for key design decisions
-Final product

Good to have Skills
➤ Experience in the design printing process
➤ Ability to conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing
➤ Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
