We are proactively seeking cloud operations engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will support to deploy and operate cloud services in a SaaS environment as well as help automate and streamline our operations and processes. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for a rapidly evolving portfolio of advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Design and lead the team to implement system architecture with high availability, security, scalability, and operation efficiency
2. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to establish the MLOPs for the models that are proven to be successful with early adopters to scale the benefits to a larger set of end-users.
3. Maintain service integrity with software developers and AI scientists.
4. Act on performance issues related to the SaaS platform.
5. Create documentation of Procedures, system design, and architecture.

Minimum qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. At least five years of relevant experience in CI/CD or DevOps
3. Proven programming/scripting skills with multiple modern programming languages such as GO, C++ or Python.
4. Strong background in Cloud Computing and Distributed Software design and development.
5. Three to five years of experience in custom application development, software architectures including microservices and MLOps platform.
6. Experience with the K8s and Docker ecosystems.
7. Experience with AWS and Azure.
8. Experience working with automation tools such as Puppet, Terraform, CHEF, or Ansible.
9. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred qualifications

1. Familiarity with Kubernetes
2. Familiarity with DevOps / MLOPs pipelines, open-loop validation, simulation (both perception & post-perception)
