We’re looking for passionate professionals to join us, who enjoy problem-solving, optimizing operation flows, owning issue analyses, and building and maintaining relationships with our customers. You will work with cross functions for holistic view and solutions, including Sales, Account Management, Finance Ops, and Revenue Ops.
【 工作內容 What You Will Do 】
▮ Clients interaction regarding to accounts receivable
▮ Regular follow-ups with clients over calls / emails or meeting if required
▮ Build client contact info in the billing system
▮ Provide timely responses to all written correspondence inquiries regarding bills / invoices
▮ Regularly advise the management team of any issues with system(s) and/or payers
▮ Maintain accurate and complete records concerning billing activity on all accounts
▮ Follow-up on internal requests accurately and expeditiously to process information and resolve issues
▮ Achieve and consistently maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity and quality goals as determined by department needs and standards
▮ Perform other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the organization
▮ Ability to accurately review and bill forms and supporting documentation
▮ Maintain daily billing queues by working claim edits or following up on claim issues
▮ Build and improve billing and collection SOP
▮ Cleaning and validating the data to build up the dashboard, and you will maintain it, such as bad debt reporting
▮ Conducting revenue relative analysis reporting

▮ Native in Japanese and fluent in English
▮ Intermediate in Mandarin
▮ Good at GAS or Python is plus

▮ Mid-level to Proficient level in Excel
▮ Familiar with Google Suite
