Job Description

inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers.

Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and the cities in APAC. We’re looking for passionate professionals to join us, who enjoy problem-solving, optimizing operation flows, owning issue analyses, and building and maintaining relationships with our customers. You will work with cross functions for holistic view and solutions, including Sales, Account Management, Finance Ops, and Revenue Ops.

Requirements

What you will do / 工作內容

  • Clients interaction regarding Accounts Receivable
  • Regular follow-ups with clients over calls/emails or meeting if required
  • Build AR contact info in Billing System
  • Provide timely responses to all written correspondence inquiries regarding bills/invoices
  • Regularly advise the management team of any issues with system(s) and/or payers.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records concerning billing activity on all accounts.
  • Follow-up on internal requests accurately and expeditiously to process information and resolve issues
  • Address problems as they occur. Keep supervisor advised of area or compliance issues that may lead to untimely or inaccurate completion of claim submission/resolution.
  • Achieve and consistently maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity and quality goals as determined by department needs and standards.
  • Utilize tools and resources as directed.
  • Prepare & proceed Legal Attestation Letter
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the organization.
  • Ability to accurately review and bill forms and supporting documentation
  • Maintain daily billing queues by working claim edits or following up on claim issues.
  • Build and improve billing and collection SOP

What you should have / 工作技能

  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Good Command in English
  • Strong communication skill
  • Mid-level to Proficient level in Excel
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • Experience in restaurant operations or similar environments will be highly preferred
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on the needs of the changing business of inline
  • You have a pleasant, personable manner - people like working with you
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with well-defined goals, but ambiguity on how to get there
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for diverse customer, needs at scale.
  • Strong ownership and willingness to put in the extra effort to make the business successful.
