inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. We are looking for Account Operation interns to join us in upgrading our services and maintaining customer relationships. As an Account Operation Intern, you will work closely with the account manager team, customer support, revenue ops team to build up automation processes and provide maximum value for both inline and its clients. If you are looking for account management and/or customer success roles to start your career, here is for you to shine.

What you'll do

• Assist supervisor to build automation process to improve team efficiency
• Maintain and build the dashboard
• Organize inline service contract
• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Weekly report update

Basic Qualifications

• You’re familiar with Google Suite
• You’re people person and good at engaging and communicating
• You’re detail-minded and spontaneous with numbers
• You’re available for 25 hours at least for 6 months to join the internship
