inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We are looking for a AM Ops intern to join us in upgrading our services and maintaining customer relationships. As an AM Ops Intern, you will work closely with the account manager team, customer support, revenue ops team to build up automation processes and provide maximum value for both inline and its clients. What you'll do

▮ Assist supervisor to build automation process to improve team efficiency
協助主管建立自動化流程 並增進團隊效率

▮ Maintain and build the dashboard
維護及建立總體表單

▮ Organize inline service contract
整理既有合作客戶之合約

▮ Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor
完成主管交代代辦事項

▮ Data Analysis and Forecasting
透過數據分析出客戶輪廓及市場趨勢，並維持每週報表之更新

Basic Qualifications

▮ Available for 25 hours per week & work for at least for 6 months

▮ Have experiences in student associations or leadership related activities.
