Inline is looking for a Delivery & Dispatch Operation Associate with a career interest in Software as a service (SaaS) Operation role.

inline除了原本的訂候位功能，現在還多了外帶外送服務。我們希望讓餐廳擁有自己的網頁能經營線上訂位、訂餐，發展多角化經營策略，內用/外帶都沒問題！顧客透過網頁下單、店家能隨時掌握訂單狀態。外送方面，透過我們和外送業者的串接，餐廳只要將餐點準備好，就有外送業者到店取餐。

除了台灣，我們正積極發展海外市場：香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、澳洲、日本，各個國家都需要和外送業者洽談、串接，並且讓Operation team能夠創造餐廳、外送業者、消費者良好的體驗。

我們正在找尋積極、有熱情的你，願意勇於接受不同的挑戰，你會密切和業務(TW/HK/SG/MY/AU/JP)、產品、客服、數據分析部門溝通及合作，協助優化餐廳營運上流程，同時也為營運團隊創造更大的價值

What you will do / 工作內容

1. Support dispatch operation on-call.
2. Support dispatching delivery orders from Restaurants in Taiwan / Singapore / HongKong / Australia / Japan.
3. Handle delivery issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives for restaurant within the time limits.
4. Communicate with drivers, sales team and engineers with different issues. (including delivery problems, issue identification and the impact risks.)
5. Data collection by day / week / month.
6. Record problems orders and request compensation from related Logistic Partners.
7. Analyze merchant's request, internal operation and system capability, suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.

What you should have / 工作技能

1. SaaS or operation related experience is a big plus.
   
2. Self-motivated, work independently and possesses strong organization and time.
3. Availability takes shift on weekends and public holidays in the office.
4. Able to handle repetitive tasks and assist teammates with team projects and goals.
5. Strong communication skills; ability to to co-work with a cross-functional team, logistic partners and drivers.
6. Quick learner, adaptable and flexible (able to follow constant updates of policy or on-call guidelines)
7. English reading and writing is a must needed.( Business level)
8. Excel and data management skills.
9. Creative mindset to assist team in online/ offline driver recruitment and activation.
