Job Description

inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency by managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. The Role 
At inline, Business Development is to maximize our opportunity for gross booking, and to shape and build a world-class sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for corporate customers or organizations. Your key focus will be establishing strong connections with corporate partners in Taiwan, enhancing our value proposition for our corporate clients, and discovering avenues to sustain our rapid expansion from networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts. To succeed at Inline, you must be aggressive, high-energy, highly organized, result driven and hard working. As a Business Development at Corporate Solution, you will work cross functionally with stakeholders in revenue Ops, product, CSM, CS, Fin, and marketing to manage and optimize relationships and provide maximum value for both inline and its clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities / 工作內容
  • Promote inline for business in Taiwan using methods such as but not limited to cold outreach, outbound and inbound calls, and in-person introductions, to achieve the company's performance targets.
    在台灣市場推廣 inline 企業服務,推廣方式包含但不限於陌生開發、outbound call、inbound call,以達成公司的業績目標。

  • Serve as a culinary consultant for businesses, assisting clients in the initial planning of inline for business. Resolve client issues and needs, establishing trust in the service. This includes planning for corporate Happy Hours, birthday celebrations, catering options, and lunch/dinner arrangements.
    擔任企業的美食顧問,協助客戶初期規劃 inline 企業服務。解決客戶的問題和需求,建立客戶對服務的信任。包括但不限於企業Happy Hours、生日慶祝、外燴餐點和午/晚餐規劃。
  • Possess crisis management skills to handle various unforeseen events, including but not limited to lost or incorrect meals, abnormal meal situations, and restaurants not meeting scheduled meal times.
    具備危機處理能力,靈活應對各種突發事件,包括但不限於餐點遺失、餐點錯誤、餐點異常和餐廳未按時出餐等。
  • Coordinate and develop related tasks, including but not limited to contract signing, invoice issuance, communication with corporate clients and restaurants, cost and profit estimation, and verification and collection of accounts receivable.
    統籌開發相關事務,包括但不限於合約簽訂、發票開立、與企業和餐廳聯繫、成本與利潤估算、核對與催收應收帳款等。
  • Understand and collect market information, conduct preliminary competitor analysis, and formulate new market strategies based on the information. Report to supervisors accordingly
    了解並蒐集市場情報,進行初步競爭者分析,並根據資訊擬訂新的市場策略,同時定期向主管報告相關資訊。

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation.

  • Proficient in Chinese and Taiwanese, and possesses intermediate English skills.
    中文和台語流利,同時具備中等英文能力。

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    可以同時處理多項任務、進行優先排序和有效時間管理的能力。

  • To be resolute and passionate about a fast-paced team environment
    可以適應快節奏的團隊與環境。
  • Excellent organization, project management, and ability to take initiative
    強大的組織能力、自主性與優秀的專案管理能力。

  • Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Representative, or a relevant role in the employee benefit solutions will be an advantage.
