Data Analyst Internship (Product Team)

Our software system was designed from the ground-up specifically for restaurants - it helps manage their tables, reservations, and in-person queues so they can focus purely on delivering the best experience possible for their patrons. The inline SaaS solution is used by thousands of restaurants around the world - from leading global chains to boutique Michelin star kitchens. Inline also partners with other leading food-tech platforms that direct traffic to our clients and increase their top-line growth. We've started off in Taiwan and have expanded to Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

We are looking for Data Analyst interns to join us in assuring our products are delivered to restaurants and patrons with high quality. If you are looking for a real-world experience and fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges and problem-solving, this is a great place for you to start.

What you’ll do/learn:

• Learn the QA process and tools that international software companies use
• Learn how to write test cases (similar to user experience specs), and how test cases can be used to validate or (invalidate) product quality
• Learn how and in what conditions test cases are automated for iPad apps, web apps, etc
• Operate product testing to apps across different platforms (Web, iOS, etc)

• Cross-functional teams collaborations
• Working with multi-cultural teams

Check if this sounds like you,

• Familiar with excel/google sheets (must)
• Familiar with Google Suite
• Familiar to use mobile apps and web apps
• Experience of using project management tools, such as Trello, Asana (prefer)
• A quick-learner and with excellent execution abilities
• Available for 20 hours per week, at least for 6 months to join the internship
• Can speak, read and write fluent English
