What you will do / 工作內容

  1. 支援及監控來自四個國家的外送訂單(台灣/新加坡/香港/澳洲)
    Dispatch operation on-call: support dispatching delivery orders from Restaurants in Taiwan / Singapore / Hong Kong / Australia
  2. 遵照與執行四個國家的配送流程
    Follow and execute on-call guideline
  3. 處理餐廳即時的問題,在時限內提供適當的解決方案
    Handle Restaurants’ issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  4. 記錄訂單問題並向相關物流合作夥伴申請賠償
    Record order issues and request compensation from the related Logistics Partner
  5. 分析每週/每月的各個市場表現(訂單量,GMV,ABS)Analyze weekly / monthly Food Ordering performance from each market (number of orders, GMV, and ABS)
  6. 處理外帶外送合約等文書工作 Organize inline Food Ordering contract

你可以擁有直接和客戶(餐廳)、物流夥伴溝通的機會(你將可能會遇到來自不同國家的人ex新加坡,香港,澳洲,...)

You will have the chance to:

Communicate directly with Customers (Restaurants) and Logistics Partners Representatives from Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia

Persyaratan

What you should have / 工作技能

  1. You need to come to our office at least 3 days/24 hours a week.
  2. You need to come to our office at least one day on weekends.
  3. Basic Excel knowledge is required.
  4. Business level of reading and writing skills in English
  5. Strong communication skills, Restaurants and Colleagues enjoy interacting with you
  6. Able to handle repetitive tasks
  7. Quick learner, adaptable and flexible (able to follow constant updates of policy or on-call guidelines)
