We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We are looking for a Corporate Order Customer Success Coordinator to join us in upgrading our services and maintaining client relationships. As Corporate Order Customer Success Coordinator, you will work closely with the account management team, business development team, and dispatch team to ensure smooth orders and delivery processes for corporate clients and provide maximum value for both inline and corporate clients. 工作內容:

  • 協助企業客製化訂餐規劃(包含企業及餐廳溝通餐點/出餐時間)
  • 需頻繁與餐廳及企業確認訂單細節確保訂單順利完成
  • 協助完成企業訂單作業流程
  • 定期回報企業及餐廳出餐情況
  • 協助解決臨時餐點變動及危機處理
  • 完成團隊主管業務規劃條件要求

    Requirements

    基本要求:

    • 一年以上B2B業務,企劃,執行或新創經驗
    • 善於溝通和願意餐廳及企業客戶溝通
    • 具規劃能力及危機處理能力
    • 積極主動、注重細節
    • 快速搜集資訊及彙整能力
    • 熟悉Google表單及Google簡報

    • 對餐飲業有強烈興趣或曾有過相關工作經驗
    • 具備強烈企圖心、積極學習、並有服務熱忱。
    • 喜歡參與公司活動,融入公司文化
