About This Role

inline is seeking a Client Marketing Strategist to design programs that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue for our restaurant clients and partners. In this role, you will work directly with business users to conceive and implement strategies that increase visibility, promote repeat booking, and add momentum to their branding initiatives. This role will focus both on digital-native and online-to-offline experiences. You will identify key touch points in the patron journey, and invent ways to streamline and enhance the patron experience.


Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize the customer journey with our restaurant partners and identify key touch points and opportunities
  • Devise strategies to maximize the potential of of continuous digital experiences through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and our numerous other online partners.
  • Objectively analyze the revenue potential and CBA of proposed strategies
  • Invent hybrid online-to-offline and offline-to-online marketing strategies
  • Creatively develop strategies to maximize revenue through the customer experience
  • Implement strategies with restaurant partners, collect metrics, and model ROI
  • Design and conduct A/B trials to prove strategies in-vivio

Qualifications

  • Minimally 4 years of proven experience in Digital and O2O Marketing, and startup or related experience
  • Preferably knowledge/worked in a SaaS and F&B industries.
  • Highly independent and self-directed. You don’t wait for people to tell you what to do or how to solve a problem.
  • Get your hands dirty - Be proactive. This role will require fast thinking on your feet and moving swiftly through fire drilling situations. Desire to work with restaurants and building a strategic partnership.
  • Problem solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
  • Great collaborator and someone who proactively partners across teams while holding them accountable for business results
  • Strong communication skills; ability to distill complex data sets into simple and digestible takeaways for senior leaders and managers
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Interview process
