Job Description

inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers.

Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and the cities in APAC. We’re looking for a self-motivated marketing specialist who has proven experience in Leads Acquisition and Brand Awareness Building in leading SaaS or e-commerce company. You will have the opportunity to build, develop, and manage campaigns that make the magic for our customers. We’re a fast-paced team with ambitious goals. If you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, have great project management and interpersonal skills, you should give it a try.

Requirements

What you will do / 工作內容
  • Use market trends, data insights to develop marketing strategies for leads acquisition
  • Deliver campaigns through but not limited to landing pages, affiliate programs, blogs, SEO, SEM, social media, playbooks, infographics, videos, etc.
  • Monitor project timeline, drive process, and review results.
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns with relevant KPIs, and propose optimization plans.
  • Coordinate with cross functions including designer, content creator, AM, BD, PM, and CS.
  • Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients.
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars and website updates.

What you should have / 工作技能

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, if you have experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Familiar with digital ads tool , including Google Analytics , Google ads , Meta ads, LINE and other paid media channel.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from the company context.
  • Strong campaign management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with good understanding of digital marketing analytics such as Google Analytics, and good knowledge of Excel
  • Creative thinker, able to solve business problems and communicate solutions to cross-functional teams.
