inline is a SaaS company focused in restaurant ordering, delivery, and CRM. We help restaurants manage their reservations, customer relationships, takeouts, and deliveries. Many famous restaurants and chains in Taiwan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia use our services to grow their business. inline is looking for a People Operations Partner (known elsewhere as HR) who will be dedicated to making sure our hard working staff have everything they need to perform at the top of their game. This includes taking care of concerns such as on-boarding, making sure our team receives benefits and pay, skill development, administrative concerns, and fostering a dynamic culture of warmth, openness, support and performance within our company.

We’re looking for a committed, highly organized, and approachable person, with skills using digital tools like accounting software, HRM / HCM applications, payroll management platforms, and other modern HR software. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to help us accomplish great things as a team, and play a big role in building a great company together.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Keep inline going and growing, by putting people first as we expand to help more restaurants, grow our skills, increase our team diversity, and hold everyone accountable for their contribution to improving our company culture.
  • Lead administration of our HRM / HCM platforms
  • Be a point of contact for new hires during their on-boarding process, and work with hiring managers to define probationary period goals
  • Assist with routine legal concerns such as visa applications and benefits adjustments
  • Support the resolution of ethical and workplace issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, insurance and social benefits registration, etc.) according to inline People Ops policies
  • Take responsibility for payroll computation (including social benefit and tax withholding) and employee income tax calculation and filing, and coordinating international payroll providers
  • Review employment and working conditions to manage compliance to labor standards
  • Be actively involved in team recruiting, by helping prepare job descriptions, posting open roles, and helping managers during the hiring process
  • Help plan & execute the annual performance review processes
  • Actively lead and contribute to company social initiatives, event planning, venue booking, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • at least 3-5 years of administrative, HR/PeopleOps experience, preferably in a high-growth or start-up environment
  • Knowledge of how to administer pay & benefits, recruiting processes, training & development etc, or willingness and ability to quickly learn and become proficient
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn Taiwan and international labor laws and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate fluently with vendors, teammates, and partners in English and Chinese
  • Young, social, and energetic personality excited to face new challenges and learn new things

Nice to have:

  • University-level education in Psychology is a strong plus.
  • Legal-administrative experience
  • Some background in professional accounting

  • Most candidates will go through a screening interview plus one or two rounds of technical interviews.
  • This position is available in-office in Taipei only.
  • Visa Support is available for this position.
