We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our global engineering team. To succeed in this position, you will be an experienced application tester with deep knowledge of software validation strategy and test automation.

This position is located in our offices in Taipei, Taiwan.

What you will do / 工作內容

1. deeply understand our applications as a user and independently identify test cases and potential failure modes
2. dedicate yourself to improving our user experience both... 
   1. quantitatively (in terms of bugs) and 
   2. qualitatively (in terms of “How good an experience really is”)
3. develop and execute both manual and automated test plans which validate software prior to release
4. develop and integrate tools for application UI & e2e testing
5. automate individual tests and create actual functional / e2e tests to validate our system
6. produce analytical reports that quantify confidence in release candidates.

What you should have / 工作技能

• At least 5 years of experience focusing on Application Testing
• At least 3 years experience test automation, preferably in JS-based toolchains
• In-depth knowledge of developing, managing and executing test plans
• Broad software application validation experience, and a working knowledge of UX principles
• Experience in statistical test reporting
