We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our global engineering team. To succeed in this position, you will be an experienced developer with deep knowledge of software validation strategy.

This position is located in our offices in Taipei.

What you will do / 工作內容

1. run an engineering team (like a Scrum Master)
2. track team performance and progress with metrics (like a Project Manager)
3. deeply understand and improve our project (like a Product Owner)
4. and think through problems and innovate solutions (like an Engineer)

What you should have / 工作技能

• At least 5 years of software project management experience in an Agile development environment
• At least 2 years continuous experience working on a user-facing application
• Strong client-facing skills for understanding, empathizing with, and improving out clients’ experience
• In-depth knowledge of project management techniques (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN)
• Broad software application development experience, and a working knowledge of UX principles

• You must be technically proficient, able to use GitHub and similar tools at a PM level.
• You must be numerate, and able to produce statistical reports on team progress and performance.
• You are able to use engagement analytics to plan and prioritize feature development.

• You have an acute sense of quality, and the motivation to drive people to get it right.
• Ability to communicate in English with colleagues while solving engineering issues.
