Job Description

inline is a software company that helps restaurants increase their operating margins. More than 20,000 people working at thousands of restaurants use inline to help get their work done, including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with super-apps, global tech brands, and leading local apps in 6 countries to help inline restaurants engage with their patrons. 

We’re looking for a Strategic Accounts Manager to join us, who has maturity handling tough scenarios and communications, enjoys problem solving software project challenges, optimizing ops flows, and growing the business.

This role is a combination of enterprise sales, key accounts manager, and software PM.  The person in this role will be the primary point of contact with inline's enterprise customers who have built (and will build) their own apps and software systems on the inline developer platform. 


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with BDMs at inline's strategically important restaurant & mall customers
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs from assigned strategic accounts on an ongoing basis.
  • Solve complex business issues between F&B enterprise groups, malls, and key integration partners as they build apps and marketing plans using inline's developer platform.
  • Finds, flags, and solves issues that would cause a strategic account to churn
  • Coordinates the involvement of cross functions, including CS, RevenueOps, PM/Dev, country managers, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Performance Criteria:

  • Achieves designated expectations for strategic account lifetime value (grow LTV by keeping key accounts from churning)  
  • Achieves assigned recurring revenue and margin quota, focused on renewal and upsell objectives, in designated strategic accounts 
  • Closes designated target in new recurring subscription revenue every quarter

Accountability:

  • Meets performance criteria with a high degree of positively-regarded coordination from colleagues
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, with a high degree of independent leadership 
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:

  • At least NT$150M in cumulative sales wins
  • At least 2 years of experience in a software company working with key or strategic accounts on complex software development projects
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully to resolve issues with CxOs at US$1B+ firms
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
