InQuartik is looking for experienced recruiting & learning development professionals to cultivate our talent pipeline for continuous growth. We also expect people operations professionals cultivate a proficient understanding of the company's vision, objectives, products, service, and the relationships between its various businesses. 【Talent Acquisition】

• Full-cycle recruiter for the 80-people software corporate and 60-people IP firm. Work closely with hiring managers to identify best-fits based on the deep understanding of team and business goals.
• Build strategic connections between companies and internal/external stakeholders.
• Engage candidates based on thorough investigations of our strengths and candidates' preference.
• Be in full charge of our global hiring HRIS. Including daily operations, tech/non-tech troubleshoot, system iterations, etc.

【Learning Development】

• Design and apply assessment tools to measure learning and development effectiveness
• Recognize learning needs and ensure corresponding learning initiatives reflecting learners growth by measurable metrics
• Design customized learning programs with SME and other stakeholders to support new members’ transition and growth

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of recruiting and learning development experiences.
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to the organizations' success.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience building and cultivating relationships with candidates and clients in a global business environment
• Proven ability to conduct academic research and create inclusive strategies aligned to People Operations objectives
• Experience advising leaders on People/HR-matters.
• Be creative to add value and navigate solutions in ambiguity
  

Other things make you stand out

• Experiences with support performance evaluation through learning initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Success Factor, HTML or Web-- this would make your HRIS operations easier.
