We are looking for hands-on marketing talents, who are passionate about seeing the growth of user number because of their ideas and changes made by them. This person will be an expert and interested in hands-on analysis and experimentation to drive exponential growth and culture change for our clients. You will test and expand a series of new product models based on a proven, profitable best-in-class enterprise growth hacking methodology. You will also position products and services for business growth and deliver the "why us" story through all aspects of the product, marketing, and sales channels. Responsibilities include:

• Ad Strategy: Identify ad networks (SEM, social and display ads) for potentially advertising Resonance, estimate the potential ROI from each and then implement the ad experiments on these networks.
• Build consumer acquisition and retention hypotheses, test them and iterate to optimize performance across the funnel (traffic, consideration, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability) and channel (email, search engine, referral, etc)
• Develop and execute A/B tests
• Analyze data on marketing campaign performance and return on investment per channel; report on your findings, identify opportunities for improvement and systemize the learnings
• Use marketing automation tools and collaborate with product managers, content managers, UI/UX designers, and other resources you can get to maximize the conversion.

Must Have:
• Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Page manager Facebook and Linkedin.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related technical field
• 3+ year-experience with digital marketing in the B2B or B2C market
